Service Description

We will discuss your current academic achievements, your current career ambitions/passion and will then expand into a discussion on the new realm of career possibilities, including: 1) Specific high-demand growth areas and actual jobs/role categories. 2) Additional studies recommended for you to fine-tune your pursuit of desired opportunities. 3) A shortlist of companies that would be looking for your specific skills 4) Coaching on how to best position your transferrable skills (and potential value) to these candidate companies. The coaching will not go as far as setting up introductory meetings with prospective employers. In our experience, employers want to see you sell yourself to the organization. The coaching will however help elevate your success with these conversations. The coaching is for those with a real passion for excellence in a field. If a person is quite uncertain as to what their career ambitions are it is recommended to first meet with school guidance counsellors. For STEM Career Coaching specifically, we will discuss any of: 1. Healthcare and health/medical Sciences: In addition to the advancing capabilities of traditional medicine the coaching can delve into Digital Healthcare / AI in Healthcare, BioPharma, Precision Medicine, technology management & delivery, change management, robotics, remote healthcare, and global healthcare industry sales/business development. 2. IT Industry: Software, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, IT services consulting, change management, digital transformation, Analytics, Quantum Computing, etc. 3. Energy: Clean Energy/Renewables, Utilities, and O&G. 4. Manufacturing & Distribution: Digital Supply Chains, Operations Excellence, etc. 5. Material science based industries (Nano materials, Chemicals, etc.).
